"How Can I INCREASE MY VERTICAL?" (Part 4 - Power) -- Chase from ShotSci...

"Hip-to-Hip Attack!!!" (Sealing on the Drive) -- Shot Science Basketball


In today's video, Coach Tom explains how to seal the defense with your first step as you take them to the rack! This move is something we call the "Hip-to-Hip Attack." It may seem simple, but it will get you to the hoop and/or get fouled!
